PLANET PATROL
We are a certified Good Heart Citizen School and part of the Planet Patrols!
We are proud to partner with Planet Patrols, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating awareness about important issues impacting our planet. Through engaging activities, events, and community involvement, Plant Patrols' main objective is to educate and spread consciousness, ultimately fostering patrols for our planet.
Our comprehensive curriculum incorporates Planet Patrols' mission into all grade levels, from preschool to 5th grade. Students actively participate in activities, events, and outreach programs within our school and broader community, creating a sense of responsibility for our planet and community.
Many of our activities utilize recycled materials, encouraging students to practice reuse and creativity by transforming old items into something new.
Our birthday parties promote eco-friendly products and incorporate arts and crafts that teach us about the animals we love.
Additionally, we provide quick response support to communities affected by natural disasters, demonstrating our commitment to helping those in need.
Our students maintain a large garden on our campus, learning about the significance of growing their own food, eating organically, attracting pollinators, and sharing healthy foods with our community and families.
We organize beach and community clean-ups, giving back to different parts of our planet while engaging in eco-activities and learning about plastic pollution.
